“No one can do it like I do.” Is A Big Fat Lie - A Bookkeeper's Tale

Tina was living her dream - She was a successful interior designer with a wait list of high-end clients. Her work was stunning, her referrals were strong, and her revenue looked great on paper.

But she couldn’t step away, not even for a weekend. Every design decision, every quote, every client email had to come through her. We built her first org chart, even though she wasn’t ready to hire yet. She delegated client communication, set boundaries around design hours, and began training someone to manage day-to-day logistics. Within six months, her business started running MORE SMOOTHLY AND SHE STARTED MAKING MORE MONEY!!!
