Crystal - Owner

Crystal Noell, Author of The STOP Method™

Crystal loves being a business owner. She loves the freedom it brings. There is a real joy to being able to do what you want, when you want. It has taken her 17 years, 8 business (sold 2, closed 2, own/operate 4), and publish one book, to be able to sit back and appreciate the roller coaster of entrepreneurship.

She went from a 4 year old with 20 words vocabulary, to valedictorian of her high school, to graduating college with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis Accounting. Crystal has certifications from QuickBooks Online, GiANT Worldwide Leadership, EOS Traction, and many more.

Crystal’s hobbies include reading (usually 2 books a week), date days with The Hubs, watching Guardians of the Galaxy on repeat, and showing up for her children as much as she can.

Crystal Noell, Author of The STOP Method™

With 16 years of entrepreneurial experience and a history of running multi-million-dollar businesses, Crystal understands what it takes to thrive, including the profits and teams necessary for success.

Having been in the foster care system until the age of 8, Crystal transformed from a foster child with a vocabulary of just 20 words at age 4 to becoming the Valedictorian of her high school. She later earned a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Human Resources.

Crystal is all too familiar with overcoming obstacles and fighting tirelessly for success. There are days when simply putting one foot in front of the other is a challenge. Being a business owner can be both a source of sanity and a whirlwind of chaos, while also allowing for limitless creativity.

She understands the loneliness that often accompanies owning a business from the budgeting, figuring out how to generate a profit, managing payroll, leading a team, and maintaining positivity amidst turmoil and adversity.

As an eight-time business owner—five in product-based ventures and three in service-based—Crystal has created and managed over 100,000 budgets. She has operated multi-million dollar businesses with teams exceeding 60 members, and she has also experienced the challenges of two businesses that ultimately failed.

Currently, she works 15 hours a week, operating 4 businesses, homeschooling her littlest duck, and watches Guardians of the Galaxy on repeat.

Tanya - Bookkeeper

Tanya brings over eleven years of accounting experience to the My CFO team. She understands the importance of accurate and timely bookkeeping and works hard to ensure that your needs are being met.

A fun fact about Tanya is that she was given the gift of life, a kidney transplant. Waiting for a match, finding a match, and recovering from the transplant has given Tanya an appreciation for life and health.

In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty years and two boys, ages sixteen and twelve.  She loves reading, volunteering with her church, and decorating cookies.  Like Crystal and Dena, she lives on a lot of land, loves all her farm animals, and enjoys the slower pace of country living.

Dena Whetten, Executive Assistant for My CFO
